All approved participants in the referral program ("Referrals") will be listed on the official website goldbachprime.com, displaying first name, last name, photo, country of residence, and contact details. To protect personal data and for commercial reasons, this information will not be public, but accessible via a dedicated private link. The applicant must be an active Goldbach Prime client, with at least one completed trading session.

The applicant must be at least 21 years old and a resident of a country not subject to international sanctions or included in the program's exclusion list (refer to the official Terms and Conditions for the list of excluded countries).

Upon approval, the Referral will gain access to a “Referral” dashboard section within their Goldbach Prime client account. This dashboard will provide real-time summaries of each trading session performed by clients onboarded using the Referral's unique code.

If an applicant was originally referred to Goldbach Prime by an existing Referral, they may only join the Referral Program as a full participant by agreeing to transfer 50% of their earned commissions for the first six months to their referring partner.

The standard referral commission is 20% of the fees collected from directly referred clients.

If, over the past 12 months, total referral earnings exceed $50,000, the Referral will receive a 5% bonus, totaling a 25% commission.

If earnings exceed $100,000, an additional 10% bonus applies, increasing the total commission to 30%.

Should the 12-month total fall below these thresholds, the commission level will be re-adjusted accordingly. Example: A Referral reaches the 30% commission level on 07.09.2025 by earning over $100,000 in the previous 12 months. If by 24.12.2025, the rolling 12-month total drops below $100,000, the commission rate reverts to 25%.

Commission payments will be processed within 72 hours of client fee collection.

In the event of default (e.g., a 50% loss on a client’s account, client non-payment, or legal disputes), the Referral will not be held liable or penalized.

After the first three months of participation, if the total working capital traded by recruited clients is less than $500,000, the Referral will be removed from the program.

Until this threshold is met, the Referral will receive 25% of earned commissions, while 75% will be withheld.

Once the target is reached, the withheld 75% will be paid out within 72 hours.

Working capital is calculated per trading session. Example: A client trades $10,000 per session and completes 8 sessions in 3 months → Total working capital: $80,000.

Once this initial performance requirement is fulfilled, no future commission withholdings will be applied under any circumstances.

After the target is met, all future commissions from referred clients are perpetual and unconditional, as long as the client remains active with trading capital.
